Ingredients

  • 250 g - Pork shoulder.
  • 1/4 - coconut.
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania seeds.
  • 4 - red chillies.
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric.
  • 1 piece - Tej.
  • 2 - cloves.
  • 4 - peppercorns.
  • 100g - onions.
  • 2 - Cloves of garlic.
  • 1 piece - ginger.
  • Curry leaves.
  • 1 tbsp - oil.
  • salt.

How to Make Pork Coconut Fry

  • Clean and cut pork. Roast dhania and chillies separately. Add haldi powder.
  • Grind with garlic and ginger.
  • Chop onion.
  • Slice coconut into pieces.
  • Mix coconut, pork, curry leaves, half of the chopped onions and ground masala.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Keep on fire.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Lower flame and cook till pork is tender and dry.
  • Remove. Heat oil add remaining onion and curry leaves.
  • Add pork and fry for 5 mins. Remove.
  • Serve hot.
