Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Pork ribs.
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped garlic.
  • 2 tsp - oil.
  • salt.
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 2 tsp - Tomato sauce.
  • 2 tsp - vinegar.
  • 3 - onions, finely chopped.
  • How to Make Pork spare ribs:

    1. Marinate the pork ribs with coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, vinegar, tomato sauce/ketchup and salt for one hour.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till it turns golden brown in colour.
    3. Add the marinated pork ribs and mix it well.
    4. Add sufficient water and cook till it is tender.
    5. Serve it with rice or bread.
