Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Pork
  • 150 ml - Vinegar
  • 50 g - Coriander seeds
  • 30 g - Jeera seeds
  • 1 tbsp - pepper seeds
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 100 g - each ginger, Garlic
  • 25 g - Red Chillies
  • 150 g - Mustard oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Pork vindaloo:

    1. Grind all the spices to a thick paste.
    2. Marinate the meat for 8 hours in vinegar and the spices.
    3. Then heat the oil, and pressure cook everything till the meat is soft.
    4. Cook till oil floats on the top.
