Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork
  • 150 ml - vinegar
  • 50 g - coriander seeds
  • 30 g - jeera seeds
  • 1 tbsp - pepper seeds
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 100 g - each ginger, garlic
  • 25 g - red chillies
  • 150 g - mustard oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Pork vindaloo

  • Grind all the spices to a thick paste.
  • Marinate the meat for 8 hours in vinegar and the spices.
  • Then heat the oil, and pressure cook everything till the meat is soft.
  • Cook till oil floats on the top.
