  • 1 kg - pork, cut into medium pieces.
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste.
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder.
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 2 - green chillies, sliced lengthwise.
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely.
  • 1 cup - chopped dill leaves.
  • salt.
  • 3 - potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters.
  • 3 tsp - oil.

How to Make Pork with dill and potatoes

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes.
  • Add the pork, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and dill leaves and mix them together well.
  • Stir fry for a few minutes till the pork pieces become firm and the leaves shrivel up.
  • Add the potatoes, salt and sufficient water and cook it on simmer or low heat till the pork and potatoes are tender.
