  • 1 lb - Chicken breasts.
  • 1 lb - red onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 4 - Bay leaves.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 cup - vegetable oil.
  • 1/4 cup - groundnut paste.
  • 1 tbsp - turmeric.
  • 1 tbsp - Fenugreek seeds ground with some water.
  • How to Make Posto Murgi:

    1. Heat oil in the pan and fry the chicken. Don't over fry. Keep the chicken aside.
    2. In the frying pan, add the bay leaves.
    3. Next add the ginger-garlic paste and the onions.
    4. Cook till the onions turn light brown.
    5. Then add the chicken pieces. Saute for a few more minutes.
    6. Add the turmeric and salt.
    7. Now add the fenugreek mixture and let it come to a boil.
    8. Finally, add the groundnut paste and cook for a few more minutes.
    9. Add a little hot water if needed and serve hot with rice.
