  • 2 - Potatoes (boiled and cut into squares).
  • 1/2 cup - fresh peas, boiled.
  • 2 - big onions, chopped finely lengthwise.
  • 1 - big tomato, chopped finely.
  • Garlic- few flakes crushed.
  • 1 spoon - chilli powder.
  • Turmeric.
  • Salt.
  • 1 tsp - idli powder or roasted Peanut powder.
  • 5-6 tsp - oil.
  • How to Make Potato - Peas Fry:

    1. Boil the potatoes and peas and keep aside.
    2. In a non-stick pan heat oil.
    3. Splutter mustard, add garlic and fry well.
    4. Add chopped onions, fry for few minutes till it turns brown.
    5. Add in tomatoes and fry.
    6. Now add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, boiled potatoes and peas, continue to fry adding more oil if required for 15 mins till the oil leaves the sides of the pan.
    7. Lastly, add the idli powder or roasted peanut powder.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
