How to Make Potato and Bacon Salad

  • Boil potatoes, cut into cubes in a large bowl.
  • Grill bacon and cut into small pieces.
  • Cut spring onions and add to the potatoes.
  • Then add pineapple pieces and sour cream, yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix them and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve with tandoori chicken or barbeque meat and sausages.
