Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes, peeled and cut into medium sized pieces.
  • 2 - Capsicums, chopped into medium sized pieces.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds.
  • 1 tsp - Finely chopped garlic.
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder.
  • ΒΌ tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder/spice powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Potato And Capsicum Stir-fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds and garlic until brown.
    2. Add the potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
    3. Cook on low heat until the potatoes are softened.
    4. Serve hot with chapattis or steamed rice.
