Ingredients

  • 2 - Potatoes, peeled, boiled and cut into small pieces.
  • 3 - Carrots chopped into small pieces and parboiled.
  • 2 cups - Yoghurt/curds.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder/spice powder.
  • 2 tbsp - Chopped, coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder.
  • How to Make Potato And Carrots In Yogurt:

    1. Beat the yogurt/curd with the salt, cumin powder, chilli powder and spice powder.
    2. Then add the boiled potatoes and carrots.
    3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    4. Serve as a side dish or as a salad.
