Ingredients

  • 1 - Medium sized cauliflower, cut into florets.
  • 2 - Potatoes, peeled, and cut into medium sized pieces.
  • 1 - Tomato chopped.
  • 3 tbsp - Ground coconut.
  • 1 tsp - All spice powder/garam masala.
  • 2 tsp - Chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric.
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • 1 - Onion, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped, coriander leaves.

How to Make Potato And Cauliflower In Coconut Gravy

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until pink.
  • Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, spice powder/garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and stir fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  • Add the cauliflower, potatoes and the ground coconut and mix well.
  • Add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat until the potatoes cook and the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice or chapattis.
