  • 2 - boiled potatoes.
  • 1 cup - curd.
  • 6 - curry leaves.
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds.
  • 1 tsp - split urad dal.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves.
  • A pinch of asafoetida.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil to fry.

How to Make Potato and Coriander Raita

  • Mash the boiled potato.
  • Chop the coriander leaves finely.
  • Add the potato, coriander, salt to the curd and mix well.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
  • Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Add the split urad dal, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Pour this into the curd.
  • Chill and serve.
