Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Corn kernels.
  • 1 cup - cooked and mashed potato.
  • 2 - Onions chopped finely.
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped finely.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped ginger.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - refined flour.
  • 1 - Egg beaten.
  • 1 cup - oil.
  • How to Make Potato And Corn Kebabs:

    1. Mix the mashed potato and cooked corn kernels together.
    2. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger, coriander leaves and salt and mix well together.
    3. Make a smooth batter with the egg and refined flour.
    4. Add a little salt to it.
    5. Heat oil in a pan.
    6. Make small balls with the corn and potato mixture.
    7. Dip in the egg and flour batter and deep fry a few at a time till golden brown.
    8. Serve hot on a cold evening with tomato sauce and onion rings.
