Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked corn kernels.
  • 1 cup - cooked and mashed potato.
  • 2 - onions chopped finely.
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice.
  • 3 - green chillies chopped finely.
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder.
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped ginger.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - refined flour.
  • 1 - egg beaten.
  • 1 cup - oil.

How to Make Potato And Corn Kebabs

  • Mix the mashed potato and cooked corn kernels together.
  • Add the chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger, coriander leaves and salt and mix well together.
  • Make a smooth batter with the egg and refined flour.
  • Add a little salt to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Make small balls with the corn and potato mixture.
  • Dip in the egg and flour batter and deep fry a few at a time till golden brown.
  • Serve hot on a cold evening with tomato sauce and onion rings.
