  • 1 cup - bow shaped Pasta (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup - Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 small tin chedder cheese, grated
  • 1 potato, boiled and diced
  • 1 tin yellow Corn
  • 5 small pickled Cucumbers
  • a few Lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • few dashes tabasco or other chilli sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Potato and Pasta Salad

  • Mix the pasta, cheese, potato, corn, cucumbers, lettuce and onions in a bowl.
  • Mix together the other ingredients to make a dressing.
  • Then pour over the pasta mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 mins and then serve.
