Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes, medium (boiled and peeled).
  • 100 g - cheese.
  • 1 - onion, small (minced).
  • A handful of coriander leaves.
  • 2 - Green chillies (minced).
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, grated.
  • 100 g - gram flour.
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • 1 pinch - soda bicarbonate.
  • 1 pinch - aji-no-moto.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds.
  • Salt.
  • How to Make Potato Bhajiya:

    1. Cut the potatoes into thin round disks.
    2. Mix all the batter ingredients with water to form a batter.
    3. Mix cheese with onions, chillies, coriander ginger and salt.
    4. Sandwich two slices of potatoes with the mixture.
    5. Dip in the batter and deep fry to a golden colour.
