450 gms - Potatoes, boiled and mashed.
450 gms - Sugar.
125 gms - Flour, maida.
4 - Eggs.
1 - Coconut, extract 1 cup of thick and thin juice.
200 gms - ghee.
1 tsp - Vanilla essence.
How to Make Potato Bibique
Boil and mash the potatoes, then add the sugar, a little at a time, and add the flour and the eggs yolks.
Extract one cup of thick juice and a little thin juice from the coconuts. Add this to the mixture.
Let the mixture consistency be a little thin.
Now pour in a vessel add the ghee and cook for 5-7 mins until firm.
Then bake the mixture in a microwave oven till the mixture is cooked and set.
