Ingredients

  • 2 - potato, cut in pieces.
  • 1/2 cup - broccoli, cut in pieces.
  • 1/2 cup - peas.
  • 2 - chillies.
  • 1 tsp - turmeric.
  • cilantro, chopped.
  • panch puran (mixture of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek, nigella seeds, mustard seeds).

How to Make Potato Broccoli Curry

  • Add oil in a pan. Add chillies and put panch puran when the oil is hot. Add the veggies.
  • Add salt as per your taste, turmeric and occasionally add water till the veggies are cooked.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
  • Eat it with chapattis or parathas or puris.
  • You can add more veggies such as carrots or chana, but you should avoid sticky veggies like okra or eggplant.
