Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and peeled.
  • 2- carrots, boiled and chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - peas boiled.
  • 2 - onions chopped finely.
  • 2- green chilli.
  • 1 tsp - garam masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - maida.
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Potato, Carrot And Peas Patties

  • Mash the potatoes, carrots and peas lightly.
  • Fry the onions lightly and add the potatoes, carrot and peas.
  • Add the green chillies, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Make even sized balls with the mixture and form into round cutlets.
  • Make a paste with the flour and a little water.
  • Heat oil in a flat pan.
  • Dip each cutlet in the flour paste, roll in the bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
