Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and peeled.
  • 2- carrots, boiled and chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - peas boiled.
  • 2 - Onions chopped finely.
  • 2- green chilli.
  • 1 tsp - garam masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - maida.
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.
  • How to Make Potato, Carrot And Peas Patties:

    1. Mash the potatoes, carrots and peas lightly.
    2. Fry the onions lightly and add the potatoes, carrot and peas.
    3. Add the green chillies, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
    4. Remove from heat and cool.
    5. Make even sized balls with the mixture and form into round cutlets.
    6. Make a paste with the flour and a little water.
    7. Heat oil in a flat pan.
    8. Dip each cutlet in the flour paste, roll in the bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
    9. Serve hot.
