  • 1 tsp - pepper-cumin powder.
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil to fry.

How to Make Potato Cheese Crispies

  • Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
  • Add the grated cheese, pepper, cumin powder, corn flour and salt.
  • Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
