Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes boiled and mashed well.
  • 1 tsp - Chopped mint.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.
  • 4 tbsp - Bread crumbs.
  • 2 tbsp - Flour (maida).

How to Make Potato Chops-Cutlets

  • Mix the mashed potatoes with the salt, chopped mint, pepper powder and flour.
  • Form into oval shapes and flatten with a knife.
  • Heat oil in a flat pan.
  • Then mix the flour with a little water to make a slightly thin paste.
  • Dip each potato chop in the flour paste, roll in the breadcrumbs then shallow fry on both sides until brown.
  • Drain and serve as a side dish.
