  • 4 - Potatoes boiled and mashed well.
  • 2 - eggs, beaten.
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs.
  • 2 tbsp - flour (maida).
  • How to Make Potato Chops:

    1. Mix the mashed potatoes with the salt, chopped mint, pepper powder and flour.
    2. Form into oval shapes and flatten them with a knife.
    3. Heat oil in a flat pan.
    4. Dip each potato chop in the beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs then shallow fry on both sides till they turn brown.
    5. Drain and serve as a side dish.
