  • 4 - bread slices
  • 1 - medium potato, boiled and mashed
  • 4 tsp - green chutney
  • 2 tsp - Tomato ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Potato Chutney Sandwich:

    1. Microwave or boil the potatoes till they are cooked.
    2. Mash, add salt and pepper and keep aside.
    3. Spread 1-2 tsp of the green chutney in one side of the bread.
    4. Add a tsp of ketchup on top of the green chutney.
    5. Add the potato filling, cover with another slice of bread.
    6. Repeat for one more set. Grill in an oven and serve hot.
    7. For the green chutney, grind one bunch of mint leaves and one bunch of coriander leaves with an onion, spoonful of lemon juice and salt. Refrigerate and use as required.
