Salt to taste.
3 tbsp - Flour/maida.
How to Make Potato Croquettes-Patties
Soak the bread in water for 1 min, then squeeze out the water and crush it.
Then mix it with the mashed potato and all the other ingredients (except the bread crumbs).
Now make small balls of the potato dough.
Roll and shape it into long patties.
Now mix the flour in a little water to make a paste. Keep aside.
Dip each croquette (pattie) into the flour paste, roll it on the bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
