Ingredients

  • eggs - 2.
  • Potato - 1, medium-sized.
  • Onion - 1, medium-sized.
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • oil- 3 tsp.
  • pepper powder -as required.
  • How to Make Potato Egg Omelette:

    1. For potato:
    2. Splutter mustard in a pan.
    3. Add chopped onions and fry till transparent.
    4. Boil and mash potatoes and add to the onions.
    5. Add chilli powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
    6. For omelette:
    7. Beat eggs well and add a little salt and the potato.
    8. Stir thoroughly.
    9. Heat the greased omelette pan and pour the above mixture.
    10. Sprinkle pepper powder.
    11. Turn the omelette to the other side and cook.
    12. Serve with hot chutney or tomato sauce.
