Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tsp - grated Onions
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • salt, to taste
  • oil - to shallow fry
  • How to Make Potato Hash Browns:

    1. Wash the potatoes and peel their skin properly.
    2. Parboil these potatoes till they are approximately 40% cooked.
    3. Drain and dry them with a kitchen towel.
    4. Use a big-holed grater and grate both the potatoes nicely.
    5. Don't mash them at all!
    6. Add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix them well.
    7. Divide the mixture into four portions and give it your favorite flat shape.
    8. Heat some oil in a flat pan and arrange the hash-browns on it.
    9. Shallow fry them till the crust turns brown on either side.
    10. Serve hot.
