Ingredients

  • 10 small Potatoes (aloo dum size).
  • 1/4 coconut, grated.
  • 3 dry red chillies.
  • 6 Cloves of garlic.
  • 1/2 tsp Tamarind pulp.
  • oil.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Potato High - Jump:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the peeled potatoes till they turn golden brown.
    2. Grind the coconut and red chillies to a smooth paste.
    3. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves. Fry till they are light brown.
    4. Then add the coconut paste and fry till oil appears.
    5. Then add the potatoes, salt and cook on low flame for about 5 minus.
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    7. Serve hot.
