Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg-potatoes.
  • 10- 12-small onions.
  • 1 piece-ginger.
  • 4-green chillies.
  • 1/2- Coconut (grated) ground to fine paste.
  • curry leaves.
  • How to Make Potato Ishstew:

    1. Dice the potatoes into small pieces and boil in water till half done.
    2. When half done, add chopped chillies, chopped ginger and sliced onions.
    3. When potatoes are done, add salt and coconut ground into fine paste.
    4. When it boils, remove from fire and add coconut oil and curry leaves.
    5. Tastes delicious with rice, idli, dosa or even rotis.
