How to Make Potato jeera fry

  • Boil the potatoes and dice them.
  • Chop the onions, garlic, ginger, coriander and tomatoes.
  • Heat oil and saute the cumin seeds until they crackle.
  • Add the onion, garlic and ginger and saute until they turn golden brown.
  • Stir in the chopped ginger and add the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle turmeric and chilli powder and stir.
  • Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.
