Ingredients

  • Methi leaves finely chopped (about half a bunch).
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped (about 2 small bunches).
  • Potatoes (about 2-3 or enough to mold the mixture into balls).
  • Green chillies (3-4 or as per taste).
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp).
  • Garlic paste (optional; 1 tsp).
  • Cheese cubes (small cubes for centre. I use mozzarella cheese ans cut it in cubes).
  • oil to fry.
  • How to Make Potato-Methi-Coriander Tikkis:

    1. Finely chop methi (fenugreek leaves) and coriander leaves. Boil potatoes and mash them. Mix the potatoes with the chopped leaves and check the mixture to see if you can make nice thick balls. If mixture is too dry add.
