Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 3.
  • Green chillies - 10 to 12.
  • Grated or shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup.
  • Crushed Peanuts - 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Salt.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
  • Mustard seeds.
  • How to Make Potato Mirchi:

    1. Cut the potatoes in small thin slices.
    2. Grind the chillies.
    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add some mustard seeds.
    4. After the seeds splutter, add haldi powder.
    5. Then add potato pieces and stir well till they become golden brown.
    6. Now add the chillies and fry for one minute.
    7. Add coconut, crushed peanuts, and salt.
    8. Stir for some time.
    9. Now add lemon juice and mix it well.
    10. Serve with hot rotis.
