How to Make Potato Nimona

  • Boil the peas and mash it into a thick paste.
  • Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds start spluttering, add chopped onions.
  • When onions are done, add the tomato puree, salt and all the spices except garam masala.
  • When the masala starts bubbling, add potatoes and crushed peas.
  • Cover and cook on low fire.
  • When done, add the garam masala and coriander leaves, mix and serve.
