Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 500 g.
  • Cooking oil - 1 tbsp.
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Potato Pancakes

  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Now grate the peeled potatoes.
  • Sprinkle some pepper and salt over them.
  • Then heat oil in a frying pan and spread the grated potatoes in the pan in a circular shape.
  • Add a little oil on the sides with a spoon and cook on medium heat.
  • Turn over with a spatula and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Now place the pancake onto a serving dish.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
