Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and mash well
  • 1 tbsp - paneer, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchur powder (dried Mango powder)
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) - breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml - oil (to Deep Fried)
  • How to Make Potato Paneer Balls:

    1. In a wide bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
    2. Divide this dough into 5 parts and make round balls and roll it over breadcrumbs.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai. Reduce heat to medium and Deep Fried the balls till golden and crisp on both the sides .Drain and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
    4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
