Ingredients

  • 2 cup - fresh curds
  • 1 cup - boiled, peeled and mashed Potato
  • 1/2 cup - roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 2 green chilies, small
  • 2 cm piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • salt to taste
  • few Raisins
  • Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle on top
  • How to Make Potato Peanut Raitha:

    1. Mix potato with salt and chaat masala.
    2. Shape into 1.5 cm balls, with a raisin in the center.
    3. Grind peanuts with coconut, green chili and ginger, coarsely.
    4. Beat the curd till smooth and mix with the peanut mixture. Add sugar and salt to taste.
    5. Add the potato balls to the curd mixture.
    6. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder on top.
    7. Serve with chapatti and curry.
