Ingredients

  • 4 - boiled potatoes.
  • 1/2 cup - green peas.
  • 1 - capsicum.
  • 1/2 cup - chopped onions.
  • Mustard seeds.
  • Curry leaves.
  • Red chilli powder.
  • oil as required.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Potato Peas Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry.
  • Then add washed green peas and cook until it is half cooked.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.
  • Add red chilli powder and boiled smashed potato and salt.
  • Add 1/4 glass of water and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with some coriander leaves.
  • This is an excellent side dish for sambar rice, chapatti, idli, etc.
