Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - Pineapple cut into small cubes .
  • 2 cups - boiled, peeled and diced potatoes.
  • 1/2 cup - red bell pepper (capsicum), finely chopped.
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - frozen Corn boiled for few mins. in salted water and drained .
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1.5 cup - mayonnaise.
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Walnuts for garnishing.

How to Make Potato pineapple salad

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well-coated with the mayonnaise.
  • Garnish with walnuts.
