Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes.
  • 2 - eggs.
  • 1/4 cup - milk.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 1/8 tsp - dried basil.
  • How to Make Potato Pudding:

    1. Peel, wash and shred the potatoes.
    2. Beat rest of the ingredients except potatoes.
    3. Whip all the ingredients.
    4. Pour in a baking dish.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees C till the crust is golden brown.
    6. Serve hot.
