  • 4 - potatoes.
  • 2 - eggs.
  • 1/4 cup - milk.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 1/8 tsp - dried basil.

How to Make Potato Pudding

  • Peel, wash and shred the potatoes.
  • Beat rest of the ingredients except potatoes.
  • Whip all the ingredients.
  • Pour in a baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees C till the crust is golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
