Ingredients

  • 250g - maida
  • 50g - boiled and mashed potato
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • oil

How to Make Potato Puri

  • Knead maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
  • Make small balls and roll out into small puris.
  • Prick the puris with a fork, then deep fry.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder, serve as a dry snack during festivals.
  • Store in an airtight jar.
