  • 250g - Maida
  • 50g - boiled and mashed Potato
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • oil
  • How to Make Potato Puri:

    1. Knead maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
    2. Make small balls and roll out into small puris.
    3. Prick the puris with a fork, then deep fry.
    4. Sprinkle red chilli powder, serve as a dry snack during festivals.
    5. Store in an airtight jar.
