  • 3 - potatoes (boiled and chopped)
  • 100g - curd
  • 15g - cumin seeds (roasted and powdered)
  • 10g - red chilli powder
  • Rock salt, to taste

How to Make Potato Raita

  • Beat the curd till it turns smooth.
  • Add chopped potatoes and mix well.
  • Add roasted cumin powder and chilli powder to potato curd mixture.
  • Sprinkle rock salt to taste
  • Keep in refrigerator and serve along with the meal.
