Ingredients

  • Potato 2-3 (big sized).
  • Rice flour - 1.5 cup.
  • Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped).
  • Coriander - (finely chopped).
  • Curry leaves - few (finely chopped).
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Grated fresh Coconut (optional) - 3 tbsp.
  • Water - for mixing.
  • How to Make Potato Roti:

    1. Boil the potatoes, then mash it well without any lumps.
    2. Add chillies, coriander, curry leaves, salt, and jeera to it and mix well.
    3. Add rice flour, little by little, so that the mixture forms to a dough.
    4. Take a ball of mixture, pat it into a circle on a tawa.
    5. Drizzle some oil around it, cover it and cook till the bottom turns golden brown.
    6. Serve this hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
