Ingredients

  • 1 kg - potatoes, peeled.
  • 100 g - onion, chopped.
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies, chopped.
  • 3 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped.
  • 1 clove - garlic, crushed.
  • 3 tbsp - flour.
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - oil.
  • 3 - eggs.
  • salt, pepper to taste.

How to Make Potato Rounds

  • Grate the potatoes and add eggs, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix them together thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into small, flat rounds and roll them in the flour.
  • Pour oil into the crisp plate and heat for 2 mins.
  • Place 6 potato rounds in the plate and cook on crisp mode for 9 mins, turning them after 6 mins.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
