Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 - medium potatoes.
  • 2 - medium onions, sliced into rings.
  • 1 bunch - Mint leaves (pudina), washed and finely cut.
  • 1/2 bunch - Coriander leaves (kothmeer), washed and finely cut.
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 1 cup - curd, thick.
  • 2 to 3 - medium green chillies, minced.
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar.
  • As required - salt, to taste.
  • How to Make Potato Salad with Curds:

    1. Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and make round slices.
    2. Peel the onions and slice into rings.
    3. Mince the herbs and chillies.
    4. Make a paste of curd, vinegar, pepper powder and salt.
    5. Add the potatoes and onion rings. Toss in a salad bowl.
    6. Let all the slices get the mixture, evenly.
    7. Lay in a salad dish and garnish it with the herbs.
