  • 2- Onions.
  • 2 - Potatoes.
  • Few Mustard seeds.
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 - Tamarind, Lime size.
  • 10 tbsp - oil.
  • How to Make Potato Sang:

    1. Cut the onions lengthwise.
    2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Add the mustard seeds.
    5. Once they start to splutter, fry the onions till it turns golden brown colour.
    6. Then add the potato cubes.
    7. Then add salt and chilli powder.
    8. Mix the tamarind only once, thicken by adding water. Add it to the above mixture and cook till potatoes are well done.
    9. This dish goes well with chapatti/rice.
