Ingredients

  • 6 - medium sized potatoes, peeled.
  • 3 tsp - chaat masala.
  • For paste:
  • 20 fresh mint leaves.
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • 5 - green chillies.
  • 1/2 inch - fresh ginger, peeled and chopped.
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice.

How to Make Potato Snack

  • Boil the potatoes, drain and cool then dice.
  • Grind the ingredients to make a paste with a little water and add the chat masala.
  • Season with salt and mix.
  • Add the potatoes and mix.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
