Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - spinach.
  • 1 medium size - cooked potato.
  • 2 -tomatoes.
  • 1 - ginger.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Potato Spinach

  • Wash the spinach and put in a pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp of water and cover the pan. Put the pan on low flame till the spinach becomes soft.
  • Grind the tomatoes, green chillies and ginger.
  • Cut the cooked potato it into small cubes.
  • Now grind the spinach.
  • Heat the oil in pan and add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add the spinach, potato and salt.
  • Boil it for 2-3 mins and serve.
