Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup - butter.
  • 1/2 cup - flour.
  • 1 cup - mashed potatoes.
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • poppy seeds.

How to Make Potato Sticks

  • Combine butter, flour, mashed potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form into finger like shapes. Place on lightly greased baking trays.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Bake at 190 degree C for about 20 mins.
  • Remove from trays very gently as the potato sticks will be fragile.
