Ingredients

  • 8- Bitter gourd
  • 4 tbsp - Vegetable Oil
  • For stuffing
  • 4 -Boiled Potatoes (medium)
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Anar dana
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp -Red Chilli powder

How to Make Potato Stuffed Bitter Gourd

  • Boil bitter gourd for 5 mins and slit them lengthwise.
  • Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients with spoon.
  • Stuff the bitter gourds and fry them in a pan on low flame. They are ready to be served with hot chapatti.
