How to Make Potato Veg

  • Cut the potato into small cubes and mix with all ingredient (except mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal) and set aside for 15 mins.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick stir pan and add the mustard seeds.
  • Once it pops, add curry leaves and urad dal and fry lightly.
  • Now add the prepared potatoes and stir it.
  • Now close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 5-7 mins.
  • Once the potatoes are half done, remove the lid and cook it well, adding oil in between till the potatoes have turned dark brown and are crispy.
