Ingredients

  • 8 - large unpeeled baking potatoes, cut in wedges.
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper.
  • 1/2 cup - oil.
  • 2 tbsp - grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/2 tsp - paprika.
  • How to Make Potato Wedges:

    1. Combine oil with cheese and seasonings.
    2. Arrange potato wedges, cut side down, in baking pan.
    3. Brush oil over potatoes.
    4. Bake for 45 mins at 375 degrees C.
    5. Brush mixture over potatoes occasionally as they bake.
