  • 8 - large unpeeled baking potatoes, cut in wedges.
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper.
  • 1/2 cup - oil.
  • 2 tbsp - grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/2 tsp - paprika.

How to Make Potato Wedges

  • Combine oil with cheese and seasonings.
  • Arrange potato wedges, cut side down, in baking pan.
  • Brush oil over potatoes.
  • Bake for 45 mins at 375 degrees C.
  • Brush mixture over potatoes occasionally as they bake.
