Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, boiled, peeled, sliced
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 sprigs fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 cup - shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt, pepper and Sugar to taste.

How to Make Potatoes in vinegar salad

  • Heat oil. Add onions, garlic and ginger. Add vinegar and salt, sugar and pepper.
  • Mix with potatoes. Cool and add coriander leaves.
  • Arrange on a platter and cover with cheese.
