Ingredients

  • 3 large poatoes, scrubbed clean
  • 1/2 can baked beans
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - salted Butter
  • For topping:
  • 1/2 cup - processed cheese, grated

How to Make Potatoes With Baked Bean Stuffing

  • Do not peel potatoes. Halve them.
  • Boil in plenty of water for 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain, keep aside to cool.
  • Mix baked beans, corn flour and half butter.
  • Scoop inside of potatoes, with a spoon to make a hollow.
  • Add scooped potatoes to baked bean mixture.
  • Cook in pan, till baked bean mixture thickens.
  • Keep aside to cool.
  • Add all other ingredients, except potato halves and butter.
  • Melt remaining butter, brush potato halves with it.
  • Spoon bean mixture into all six halves.
  • Sprinkle cheese, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 7 minutes.
  • Or till potatoes are golden.
  • Serve hot, as is, with milk shake as a full snack.
