  • 3 large poatoes, scrubbed clean
  • 1/2 can baked beans
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - salted Butter
  • For topping:
  • 1/2 cup - processed cheese, grated
  • How to Make Potatoes With Baked Bean Stuffing:

    1. Do not peel potatoes. Halve them.
    2. Boil in plenty of water for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Drain, keep aside to cool.
    4. Mix baked beans, corn flour and half butter.
    5. Scoop inside of potatoes, with a spoon to make a hollow.
    6. Add scooped potatoes to baked bean mixture.
    7. Cook in pan, till baked bean mixture thickens.
    8. Keep aside to cool.
    9. Add all other ingredients, except potato halves and butter.
    10. Melt remaining butter, brush potato halves with it.
    11. Spoon bean mixture into all six halves.
    12. Sprinkle cheese, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 7 minutes.
    13. Or till potatoes are golden.
    14. Serve hot, as is, with milk shake as a full snack.
